Hi, I'm Jess! Nice to see you!
I'm a credentialed AG pastor, taking a leap to working in missions! I was previously a youth pastor, I Loved that! But as the Lord spoke I knew He was asking me to step out into new territory for me. As I prayed, it became evident Missions work was my work in this next season! I love connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds and I'm excited to start this new journey!

I am a Missions Associate getting ready to serve in Puerto Rico with Church Mobilization. I leave for the field January 6, and I need your help to get there! I'm preparing by honing some new language skills, reading books, connecting with pastors and churches, and raising funds! There's lots to be done and God will help me accomplish it!
WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN PUERTO RICO?
I'm glad you asked! For the first three months of my Missions Associate term I will be serving in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. First is Seek and Save, an initiative to show everyone in the city the tangible love of God and the difference a relationship with Him can make. Our aim is to seek and save those that are lost and unite them with hope found only in Christ! We will be working on the PR district office and some local churches as they continue to recover from Hurricane Maria. There is also a local teen challenge that needs construction and ministry support. They are building a coffee shop where Teen Challenge participants can work and where the community can come to have coffee and hear about the Gospel. I am SO excited about that project!!
We will also be hosting over 100 short-term missions volunteers, these folks will come serve with us and help with seek and save, construction work, and the ministry of Teen Challenge! Some of these volunteers will be going on their first ever missions trip!
Alongside of my lead Missionaries, I'm helping to make these projects soar! I'm so excited for this new journey and can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for the people we are serving, the teams coming to serve, and our team! Check back in for updates!
